Dr & Dr Cooking Course Schedule

We are more than happy that our interactive cooking courses can be offered from mid-September again. Finally, we can cook, laugh and dine together! Due to Covid restrictions, all participants should be either fully vaccinated or have a negative corona test on the cooking course date. Private cooking courses or cooking events for a group (up to 10 people) can be also booked. Below you can find the list and content of our cooking courses offered in Fall 2021. Grape leaves can be found all over the year in Germany. They are served as mezze, appetizer or even main dish in the Middle East. The cooking, filling and rolling process are time consuming but an absolute joy. In contrast, these processes for Persian Samosas are much faster. In this course, you will learn how you can make Dolmeh and Samosa with amazing middle eastern dips.
